Introduction

Participating in group activities improves our abilities for cooperation, equilibrium, and teamwork. Since I was a child, I have had an abundance of memories with my friends. As a student today, I must admit that I am preoccupied and seldom have time for fun.

What was it?

Nevertheless, today I want to talk briefly about the vacation I went with my friends. To have fun and enjoy ourselves, we decided to travel to Rajasthan. The splendour of Jaipur impressed me. It is called the pink city.

Who did you do it with?

We were a group of eight people. Actually, my friends and I had some free time after 12th grade exams, so we all decided to go on a trip.

How long did it take you to do this?

Since we were in 10th grade, we had been discussing taking a trip, but for a various reasons, we were unable to do it. However, everyone was going to take different paths after the 12th grade, we made the decision to go on a trip and we did it.

Explain why you did it together?

This was our final opportunity to travel together, spend time collectively, and make lasting memories before we all spread out to different cities to attend college.

Conclusion

Children should also take excursions since they can widen their horizons in terms of understanding and interpersonal skills by encountering new people while travelling. So, this was the vacation I took with a group of friends.

Introduction

In my lifetime, I've worked with many groups of individuals on different initiatives that have improved my social skills, understanding, and capabilities.

What was it?

Currently, I'd like to discuss about my contribution in an initiative to distribute food in my neighbourhood. It was in last summer, I signed up to volunteer with a group to distribute food. A Nonprofit organisation called Shravan Seva managed the project, where they attempted to assist homeless people and low-income families.

Who did you do it with?

I completed this project together with a group of volunteers who shared a similar interest and enthusiasm for assisting those in need. There were many different types of people among us, including seniors, professionals, and students. While some of us had prior volunteer experience, others had never done it. 

How long did it take you to do this?

In roughly two weeks, we finished it. We started by working together with a few restaurants, asking them to donate any leftover food at the end of the day rather than to throw it away. In addition, we prepared dinner for about 300 people every Sunday.

Explain why you did it together?

There was attendance from everyone with a desire to help the community. The effort was a huge success. In our neighbourhood, we were able to give food packages to over 100 families and individuals. The people we assisted gave us a lot of encouraging feedback and admiration. It was a fulfilling experience that made me realise how crucial it is to support those in need, especially during difficult periods.

Conclusion

Overall, I feel quite proud of the work I did for my community during that time. And I'll keep helping people in the future.

Introduction

I appreciate working with my family and other relatives; that brings immense joy to me.

What was it?

There, I'd like to chat about a moment when my sister and I arranged a surprise for our mother. I can clearly recall that I celebrated my mother's birthday last year in order to show her how much I love her.

Who did you do it with?

I took the decision to do it with my sister because I understood the value of working as a team and couldn't do it independently. Furthermore, she know a little bit about decoration, so I relied on her for a few things.

How long did it take you to do this?

Luckily, we were so thrilled on that day when our parents were away attending a religious occasion in the area.Given that we just had two hours, at first I thought it was an impossible task. Nevertheless, my smart cookie sister distributed the work fairly. I made a cake and some snacks because I'm good at cooking, and my sister helped me with getting all the necessary things, including decorating.

Explain why you did it together?

I choose to prepare everything at home because my mother loves homemade food. In addition to this, my sister made several ornamental items because she loved art. We worked extremely hard, but ultimately, thanks to our coordination and effort, we completed all the preparations on schedule.

Conclusion

When our mother first entered the house, the decorations astonished her, and when she saw the cake in the lobby, her excitement knew no boundaries. She hugged us and expressed her gratitude for us with tear-filled eyes. She then sliced the delicious cake and gave us the highest compliments. Both of us grinned brightly and felt happy. I greatly enjoyed it and thought it was one of the best teamwork experiences I've ever had.

IELTS Speaking Part 3- Describe something that you did with someone Follow-up questions

The following are Follow-up questions to "Describe something that you did with someone." This section of the exam lasts for approximately 4-5 minutes, during which you must explain questions related to a general subject or questions from your cue card.

1. How do you get along with your neighbours?
   Since I've known my neighbours for over a decade, we get along really well. We now spend a lot of time at each other's homes, so it almost feels like they are a part of our family. We help one another both in pleasant and terrible times. I believe that our neighbours occasionally have a greater impact on our lives than our family members.
2. How do neighbours help each other?
   Neighbours can assist one another in a variety of ways, including by lending each other appliances or household items, keeping an eye on each other's homes while the other is away, helping with home improvements or repairs, offering to look after pets or kids, exchanging gardening or cooking advice, and well-being and offer one another emotional support in difficult times. By volunteering or planning neighbourhood events, neighbours can also collaborate to better the neighbourhood.
3. Do you think neighbours help each other more often in the countryside than in the city?
   In contrast to metropolitan regions, neighbours may support one another more frequently in rural or suburban communities. Because neighbours are more likely to know one another personally and feel more like a part of the community, they are more inclined to offer assistance when needed. People may also have more chances to interact with one another, for example, while working on joint events or taking part in neighbourhood activities.
4. How do children learn to cooperate?
   Through a combination of socialisation, role-modelling, and direct instruction, children can learn to cooperate. Playing with other kids, for instance, can teach them collaboration as they practise sharing toys, taking turns, and cooperating to accomplish a common objective.
5. Do parents think parents should teach children to cooperate with others? How?
   Absolutely, parents are very important in helping kids learn how to work well with others. Cooperation is a crucial life skill that is required in a range of situations, including those in the home, classroom, workplace, and community. Children follow their parents' lead, so when they see them cooperating and working together in their relationships and daily activities, they will pick up these skills. By planning games and activities that involve cooperation, parents can give their kids the chance to practise cooperation. Adults can also help kids learn the value of compromise, taking turns, and listening to other people's thoughts and perspectives.
