Shelters are a fundamental necessity for humans, but due to migration and overpopulation in cities, there is a lack of space to construct homes. Consequently, the only available option for building homes is in rural areas. In this regard, I will express my viewpoint on the matter that "In many locations, there is a need for new homes, but the only viable space for construction is in the countryside."

Some individuals argue against the idea of constructing apartments or houses in the countryside, as they believe the countryside serves as a sanctuary for biodiversity and ecosystems. And they felt it would harm the natural beauty of rural areas. I agree with their argument because an increase in population would automatically lead to an increase in pollution (air, water, land, etc). Land pollution in particular, is a significant concern. According to the Global Waste Generation Trends report, the average waste generated per person per day is 0.74 kilograms and in total annual production of approximately 2.01 billion tons worldwide. This pollution would also harm agricultural land which leads to decrease in grains and productions and it causes food shortage, higher prices, and nutritional challenges for the population.

Furthermore, constructing new homes in the rural areas will lead to loss of natural habitat, it will damage various kinds of flora and fauna, fragmentation etc. also there are some cons to living in rural areas. Such as limited access to amenities and services, poor public transportation, isolation, and lack of education facilities. However, my opinion towards this is that we should not sacrifice the rural areas to be occupied by livelihoods. And it is essential to safeguard our nature from pollution. Because by preventing the countryside from constructing homes will ensure the survival of various species and ecosystems.

In today's world, the demand for new housing has risen due to migration and overpopulation. However, the available land for construction is mainly found in rural areas. Some individuals argue that it is crucial to preserve the countryside and refrain from building new homes there. Nevertheless, I disagree with this viewpoint and would like to express my opinion below.

The population in urban areas has grown because the advancements in technology have reduced the need for agricultural labor, making cities more appealing for economic opportunities. Consequently, people have been migrating from their hometowns to urban areas, leading to an increased need for housing and many issues. 

On the other hand, people are rejecting the idea of constructing homes or apartments in rural areas. As a consequence of this rejection we need to face various problems such as air pollution, high living costs, and traffic congestion. These issues, in turn, will lead to health hazards, inadequate income, and longer travel times.

In conclusion, I do agree with the point of construction building in the countryside. Although there are some cons on the environment or ecosystem, the construction of houses or apartments in the countryside will help to develop the rural areas into suburban areas. This development can bring various benefits such as economic development and employment opportunities for a nation.

The increased population in urban areas necessitates the construction of new homes and the only available option is to build them in the countryside. However, some people argue that preserving the countryside is more important and oppose building new houses there. Here I am going to share my opinion about the given statement. 

I think it is true that we should protect the countryside from not building new homes there. Because it will not only affect the farming land but also the ecosystem, natural beauty of a landscape and it creates environmental issues, such as pollution, deforestation, soil erosion, biodiversity losses and water insecurity. And these environmental issues, will lead to several issues like lack of resources, economic pressure will occur not only for the individual but also for the nation. 

To overcome this issue, I think the government can also take some measures. Firstly  providing job opportunities in rural areas, because people are migrating from countryside regional to urban areas because of the less job opportunities. If they get job opportunities in their own place it would aid them to earn easy money and it will reduce the migration and overpopulation in urban areas. Secondly, the government can convert residential individual homes into apartments in urban areas, because it can accommodate a large number of people in one place. 

To sum up, in order to save the world's nature and ecosystem, we should not allow people to construct new houses or apartments in the rural areas. As it affects the flora and fauna species which lead to a negative impact on the world.

People were arguing that rural areas should be protected from constructing new homes and apartments. Some people believed that expanding the countryside with buildings might disrupt the ecosystem. They felt there might be an ecological imbalance. However, I hold a different opinion on this statement as I believe that despite the drawbacks, constructing buildings in rurals areas can be beneficial. 

If people started moving to rural areas after constructing houses, we can see visible changes in urban areas such as lower population density, limited traffic congestions, lower cost of accommodation and availability of accommodation, job opportunities etc. Let's start with the lower population density, if people started moving to rural areas it will lead to a lower population density in urban areas. Secondly, the traffic in the urban area is primarily caused by the rapid urbanization. For instance, the city called Bengaluru has a large migrant population and has been facing various issues including traffic and congestion. In fact, Bengaluru remained the most traffic and congested city in India in 2023. 

If individuals begin relocating to rural areas, there will be a rise in job prospects. This is true because the construction of houses will create the demand for a job. Moreover, it will attract many big companies to establish new factories in rural areas which lead to many employment opportunities. For instance, I am aware of a rural area which is located near to my area, where over  15 factories are running successfully by giving many job opportunities to many people.
