Introduction
It is essential for all members of the family to feel really proud of one another if an important goal is reached, a task is completed, or a positive role status is achieved. I would like to tell you about a time when I had an overwhelming sense of pride for my brother.

Who the person is?
He is my elder brother. Whenever I feel nauseous or low, I always rush to him because he is always there for me. My brother plays the role of a best friend and a mentor to me.

How close you are?
Technically, he is a cousin of mine, but we have grown up together under one roof, which has molded our bond just like best companions as well as real brother and sister. As I said, I used to share each and every incident of my life in childhood. Even today the scene has not changed but obviously, the frequency is less. 

What he/she did that made you proud?
When we used to live together as a joint family, I was a small kid, too small to understand what is going on in someone’s life. Well, at that time I noticed that my brother is going through a tough time in his life. I could see how much pressure he had to handle regarding his academic performance. I saw him cry like anything and shout at his parents. Previously, I kept my observations separate from my and my brother’s relationship. However, when I grew up I saw his entire journey. Right now he is employed in a well-secured company. The way he went through all the pressure and consequences of being frustrated just made me worried before. But today I am proud of him as he has proved all the negative judgments and opinions absolutely wrong. 

Explain why they made you proud.
I think this was his own journey. He has succeeded as a son, a student, and as a  brother. Making me feel proud was not his initial plan. However, I am sure that he was aware of my presence around me when he got scolded and judged by everyone. It might have snapped in his mind to become a good example for me. 

Conclusion
In the end, I want to convey that it is because of my brother that I do not give up in life. Sometimes I feel difficult to study, but it encourages me to realize that in the end, all the hard work is rewarding enough to be proud of myself and be a good example to others.

Introduction

• I think that feeling positive emotions is very important among families. 
• It is the family which stands together at the end no matter what. Each and every family member is expected to invest emotionally in the family. 
• Here, I will be talking about my grandmother.

Who the person is?

• My grandmother is one of my favorite people in the whole family. 
• Being the eldest member of the family, her opinions matter the most in every situation as she has experienced all types of life situations.

• I am very close to granny as I have lived my entire childhood with her.

Introduction
When a member of the family accomplishes something great in life, whether it be winning a trophy or obtaining good grades, the other members of the family will always feel proud of that individual. Here, I would like to talk about my mother.

Who the person is?
In regards to her character, she is an exceptionally empathetic, warmhearted, and sensitive person who pays close attention to her children and ensures that they are well taken care of at all times.  I consider her to be both a parent and a pal as she is like a mother to me in that she is always there to give me sound advice and is always eager to support me through the highs and lows of my life.

How close you are?
Of course, I am the closest to her among all the people I have ever met in my life. A mother is someone who secures the highest position in a child’s heart. No matter how much I travel, change friend groups, or even marry someone, I would never allow anyone else to be in a position in my life where my mother is. 

What he/she did that made you proud?
Well, she is a very good listener. She has always been patiently listening to me in childhood and even today. Others are just too judgemental. My friend’s mother is always complaining about them while mine always appreciates me. It does not mean that I never let her down by making mistakes. But whenever I do so, her kindness overpowers the disappointment that I had created. 

Explain why they made you proud.
She understands how essential it is to show the good side of the world. She has made me proud because she understands the responsibility of being a mother very well. Inspiring a child is a primitive and most important thing to induce self-esteem. 

Conclusion
In the end, I want to express that a mother is a vital figure in the lives of their children and in society as a whole. The presence of a mother in our lives is a blessing. I am so proud of my mother and I will always be grateful to have such a perfect woman in my life.

Introduction

• I have always been proud of my parents. 
• But I was stunned by my aunt, Marie this time. 
• She has been so soft-hearted and kind but I was quite stunned by an incident that happened to her and how she dealt with it.

Who the person is?

• Aunt Marie is my mother’s closest sister. 
• She is younger than my mom, a single parent, and a teacher in primary school. 
• I always rush to her when I am in a bad mood. 

How close you are?

• My bond with my aunt is unlike any other relationship I have. 
• It's not often that I hear someone express that their aunt is more like a sister to them. 
• My aunt defies every stereotype that could possibly be held about people of her generation since she is the most hard-working person I am acquainted with. 
• This has even made my belief in her way more positive than before.

What he/she did that made you proud?

• She was on a school trip with her students on a bus. 
• When they were on their way to the picnic spot, the bus stopped and caught the fire immediately. 
• The driver was traumatized and so was not able to take any action. 
• Now some students made their way out of the affected area but some students were too scared to even try. 
• My aunt took a wise step by breaking the glass of the window and helping all the students to get out. 
• It was so responsible of her to put her students first and not herself. All the students were safe because of her actions.

• I have never seen such a dedicated person in my life. 
• In fact, when I put myself in the same situation, I would never take a risk for my life and rush out as soon as possible. 
• I would think about my career, friends, and parents’ future. I feel so proud of aunt Marie as she did not let anyone down and value others’ lives more than hers.

1. Should parents reward children? Why and how?
I think it is important to reward children. It can build gratification which is an essential factor for children. If they are not shown any gesture of appreciation, they will probably lack self-confidence further in life. If parents want to reward their children, they should buy them something that they are fond of or wish for a long time. 
      
2. Is it good to reward children too often? Why?
Well if a child is rewarded after every small achievement, they might get addicted to getting whatever they wish for. Small children are not mature enough to make boundaries consciously. Rewarding so often can not only drain parents financially but also spoil the kids.

3. What can children do to make their parents proud?
Children should be able to effectively implement the lessons that are being imparted to them by their parents. It's possible for a child to be a great student not only at home but also at school. Even students with strong academic performance do not necessarily exhibit positive behavior. If your teachers have nothing but positive things to say about you, your parents will be overjoyed and proud of you. 

4. When was the last time in your life that you felt proud of yourself?
I was extremely filled with pride and self-esteemed when I spoke about my feelings in my office. I was quite upset about certain comments made in my cabin about my age, as I am one of the young employees in the office. I finally spoke about how I felt in a way of a request and it worked. My co-workers stopped ageism and I am okay because of myself.  

5. On what occasions would adults be proud of themselves?
Well, I think that adults have loads of duties and responsibilities on a daily basis. It would be a proud moment for them if they are appreciated once. Also, when adults fulfill their objectives, aims, or plans, they're proud. It could be a dream job, car, promotion, task completion, or marriage.
