The song was intended to reflect the dying soldier's final thoughts in the final scene of the film. The song pays respect to the warriors who participated in the Battle of Saragarhi. Even though they had no chance of victory, 21 Sikhs battled against 50,000 Afghans in order to save their homeland. Additionally, the song highlights the dying soldiers' final thoughts and desires to see their parents and loved ones.

Whether the song is popular?

When the song was released, it became extremely famous and was also nominated for the Filmfare Award for best lyrics. In addition, the song was issued as a homage to India's healthcare professionals, police, and other critical personnel during the corona pandemic.

My grandfather has an extraordinary ability to accomplish things outside the usual realm. If I gave him some hip-hop music, he would pay close attention to it. Time would reveal whether or not he liked it.

7.Why do you believe older people enjoy older music?
Yes, older folks enjoy listening to classical music because it makes them feel more connected. Moreover, individuals may experience nostalgia when hearing the music of their youth.

8.Why do you believe that people of various ages have diverse favourite songs?
This is primarily due to the fact that as people mature, their perspectives alter. During our youth, we listen to humorous music. During my youth, romantic songs became increasingly popular. In contrast, as people age, they pay more attention to religious and devotional music.

In India, parents urge their young children to listen to folk music so that they can quickly learn the language and culture of their homeland. However, kids also enjoy listening to fast-paced tunes despite not understanding the lyrics.

10.What are the distinctions between popular music and (young) children's preferred music?
The biggest difference between popular music and (young) children’s preferred music is that popular music nowadays is so fast and meaningless that people cannot understand the lyrics and just enjoy the rhythm while the music that young children listen to holds significant meaning and depicts the nature of people and their tradition.

11.Why do certain individuals enjoy performing music in public?
There are two causes behind their actions. First, they wish to make a favourable impression by playing a musical instrument in public. Simply, they seek to display their talent. Another plausible explanation is that they enter a state of flow while playing music in natural settings.

12.What are your thoughts on old songs?
I believe that old songs are also interesting since they contain more significance and tell the story with a quiet rhythm and lyrics. Even in the current generation, many individuals choose older songs.
